Our school’s shuttle services are meticulously organized to ensure that students reach school safely and comfortably. Our school buses, driven by professional and experienced drivers, make regular trips every day on the designated routes. Since the safety of the students is our priority, our buses are subjected to a strict maintenance and control process, and the safety equipment inside the vehicle is also regularly inspected. Our shuttle service saves parents time and helps children to focus more on their education by making their transportation to school safe and stress-free. The school’s shuttle services are constantly being improved to support students to continue their education in comfort and safety.

Our Perspective on Service

Our school does not have its own shuttle fleet. An agreement has been made with a professional service company that has been operating in this field for many years, and our school teachers serve as the service hostesses. In this way, our students have the opportunity to make a safe start while coming to school in a more motivated way.

Inspection reports, insurance policies and periodic maintenance records of the school buses have been submitted to our school. The health and forensic reports of the drivers and service teachers have been obtained, and the drivers have School Bus Driver Training Certificates and the service teachers have School Bus Guide Personnel Training Certificates. In the light of these documents and reports, all personnel in the service network have been notified to the Ministry of National Education and provincial governorate approvals have been obtained.

Service Routes

Another thing we pay attention to in terms of the shuttle service is that a student’s departure time from school or home and arrival time should be a maximum of 40-45 minutes. For our youngest age group, this time is not recommended and a maximum limit of 20-25 minutes is applied. On the specified routes, routes are opened or closed by taking these times into consideration. In this way, the travel time of our students is minimized and they come to school more vigorous and motivated.

Service Fees

Service Fees are set to ensure that students are transported to school safely and comfortably. Our fares are constantly reviewed to improve the quality of shuttle services and to create a sustainable transportation network. We aim to offer flexible solutions according to the needs of our students and parents.

Registration Process

First of all, we would like to thank you for trusting and believing in the vision, mission and educational method of Alim Schools. In the coming process, which we hope to move forward in mutual understanding, ethical rules and cooperation, we would like to sincerely state that there is never any price difference between parents in our price policy for the academic year. The registration period for our new students will start on January 22, 2024. You can contact our institution as of January 15, 2024 to make an appointment.

Wage Announcement Schedule

The minimum 180-day tuition fee for the 2024-2025 academic year (10-month installments) has been set at 220,000 TL + VAT. Special discounts and early registration advantages are also offered to our existing parents:

Available parent discount: 7,500 TL (Former parents will also benefit from this discount)
Early registration discount:7,500 TL (valid until March 1, 2024)
Sibling discount: 7.500 TL
Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank School Installment System (OTS) Advantage: 7.500 TL

Payment Plan

Payments cannot be made via POS device in our school. All education fee payments are made through the bank and invoiced monthly. This is required by the Ministry of National Education. The duration of your installment payments is limited to a maximum of 10 months. All activity and event fees are included in the tuition fee; you will not be charged any additional fees during the semester. As a principle of the institution, there is no price difference between any parents. Our fee announcement may change before the start of the academic year as a result of extraordinary financial fluctuations.

Personal Expense Fees

The individual one-time registration fees are listed below:

Stationery Fees: 25.000 TL + KDV (This price includes all education sets, education materials, all excursion-service fees and paid entrances for the full semester).)
Judo and Basic Exercise Suit Fee: 3.000 TL + KDV
End of Year Class Photo and Student Photo Fee: It will be determined at the end of the academic year.

In case of cancellation of registration, stationery and educational publications fees are not refunded, but educational publications are delivered to parents in full. For registrations made one month before the end of the academic year, the fees for the educational publications are charged at the current prices. If your child already has judo clothes, there is no obligation to buy judo clothes again. However, judo and basic exercise clothes are compulsory in our school.

Quota Information

Class quotas are limited and a certain number of students are accepted for each age group. We recommend that parents who wish to register before the quotas are filled start the registration process early.

Important Notes

There is no price difference between parents in our price policy for the academic year.
In the event of a temporary interruption of education / training due to force majeure, natural disasters or extraordinary circumstances, our institution will comply with the contract by compensating for the missing active education days. Full fee will be requested from the parent; otherwise, no fee will be charged.
In case of possible contract cancellations, the transaction is carried out by collecting the compensation amount specified in the relevant article of the Ministry of National Education’s Private Education Institutions Agreement.
