Parent Information
As Alim Schools, we carry out regular information activities to support the active participation of our parents in their children’s educational processes. In this context, we provide comprehensive information about our school programs, activities and children’s developmental processes through seminars, information meetings and written materials for families. Our communication with our parents plays a critical role in improving the educational success of our children. We also aim to maximize the potential of each child by sharing specific information about individual needs and areas of development through parent-teacher conferences. Thus, we realize our school’s educational philosophy more effectively in cooperation with our families.

Parent Meetings and Interviews
At Alim Schools, parent meetings and interviews provide an important opportunity for parents to participate more actively in their children’s education. These meetings are organized for our teachers to provide parents with detailed information about their children’s development, academic achievements and social skills. In one-on-one meetings with our parents, we focus on the special needs and potential of each child, answering their questions and making suggestions. In this way, we aim to strengthen our cooperation and contribute to the best development of children by taking the opinions of our parents at every stage of the educational process. Thus, by establishing a healthy communication between the school and the family, we aim to increase the success of our students.

The Importance of Parent Participation in Student Education
Parent involvement in student education at our school is of great importance in terms of the development of our children and the support provided to their educational processes. Parent involvement plays a critical role in helping students achieve their educational goals and supporting their social-emotional development. When our parents are actively involved in their children’s learning processes, their motivation increases and their commitment to school is strengthened. In this process, healthy communication between parents and teachers and school management directly contributes to children’s success. Therefore, it is important that school-family cooperation is kept strong and that parents are part of the process.
What Parents Should Not Do
There are some points that our parents should pay attention to when contributing to the education process of our children:
- Drop-off or Pick-up after Active Education Hours: Students should not be brought to school after active education hours and should not be picked up before the end of active education hours. Acting in accordance with the educational process is of great importance for the adaptation of our students and the educational order.
- Not Setting Up WhatsApp Groups: Due to our school’s transparency and openness to communication, WhatsApp groups should not be established between class parents. Such groups may cause misinformation and unnecessary discussions and reduce the efficiency of communication. Any problems and suggestions should be shared directly with the school administration or classroom teachers.
- Avoiding Impulsive Actions It is important not to act impulsively in the face of any problem. Our school has an open approach to evaluating all kinds of feedback and finding solutions. Parents should act calmly and cooperate with teachers and administration to manage the process.
- Avoiding Situations that can demotivate: All attitudes and behaviors that may demotivate our teachers and school management should be avoided. It is important to have a positive and supportive approach to ensure that the educational process continues efficiently and that teachers can focus on the children.
- Regular Information Follow-up: Information provided by our school such as monthly bulletins and academic calendar information, parent meetings and interviews should be followed regularly. If our parents act in accordance with this information, it contributes to the healthy and regular progress of the education process.
